Woke up, and then went out for some raw ingredients marketing. Came back home and started on the preparation. Chopping, slicing, stirring and tasting all the way. So that a perfect taste of the food that I am cooking can be achieved.
Not easy, tiring but it's alright. I like it. And it's part of the celebration.
Can't wait to usher in the year of the Water Dragon. And at this time of the year, spending it with your close ones would be the most perfect thing you could ever wished for.
