Long weekends, and nothing much to do.
I went out for a food retreat.
It's not those kind of unique delights I am aiming at, but then oh my, the quantity can be a little scary.
Mostly desserts, definitely an input but not sure whether there's increase in weight or not.

I eat and I don't usually complain.
If it adds few pounds to my weight, I am more than happy to gain it. It's not like I am going to fuss about how I can shed it off quickly or any other proactive measures of prevention from adding those kilos to the delicate tummy.
Oh my, oh my. We eat to live, and good food is not sinful.
Am I now seriously substituting love with food galore ? One thing for sure, don't go biting off more than what you can chew.
Be moderate and eat quietly.
