That's what I am going to do. Theme for next year, and the new year resolution of finding balance to mind, body & soul.
Sounds like a spa write-up, but then if one can't take care of its inner self it defeats the purpose of them working so hard pursuing the materialistic world.
This means that I'll be eating healthier, taking big care of my body. Be in touch with faith, closer to the religion as well as to be likelier more calm when handling things.
Joining gym perhaps ? Get into a healthier and sexier shape maybe ?
Who knows, might wake up the next morning and decides to sign-up for a gym membership.
