A single close friend of mine went out on a date. He chatted with the guy for about nearly a week. Prior to the date, the chase and the flirt was sweeter than any honey nectar produced by the flowers in the garden of what we called Eden.
A moment whereby you felt so much love, the presence of a soul filling your past time. The picture he sent you, you glanced for a moment, you peeked whenever you are missing him. Oh my, are we going to be together ?
A week went by, and he is ready to meet. Ready to date. It was supposedly set on a day later but the guy was just too anxious. The anxiety was indeed, killing him softly inside. They met, for a drink. It was kind of late night last minute arrangement.
A look at the first impression, my friend was sort of disappointed. He then, trying to act uncomfortable and hence the three remarks were being made to the guy:
- A friend of mine is in a relationship, almost a year now and he still cheats on the boyfriend.
- Another friend of mine who is also currently in some sort of a relationship is happy being nothing more than the third party.
- Then, another friend almost had an affair with a married man.
A conversation was sparked, this dear friend of mine was trying hard to make himself little less attractive and vain. That's how to avoid the uncomfortable date.
A deep thought on that. Hmm...

@All: Yup, he was under the impression that they guy was "passable" but then when they met eye-to-eye, it wasn't really what he had expected.
So he went on spilling all stories of his friends' to the date/stranger.
