That Brief Moment

So, last week I got an unexpected phone call.

Story was like this.

2 weekends ago, I sort of introduced myself to someone and chatted with him briefly for about less than 2 minutes.

Yes, the conversation was purely about work and oh my, he is damn gorgeous.

At first wasn't really into him when I first saw him, but then after few hours, I kind of kept looking at him and not really concentrating on what's going on in the training room.

So the final day, the final moment just before he left (he left right after lunch) I gave him my business card and in return he gave me his.

Ok, he's not a participant in the training as he is someone more senior and he was there to "guide" us.

4 days later, I got a phone call from his colleague asking me whether I am interested to move. Further acknowledging that this colleague of his got my number from him.

Question is, did he went through a pile of business card and somehow my name puff-up onto his mind or he passed the whole deck of business cards to his colleague to pick from ?

Or I made a lasting first impression during the brief 2 minutes introduction ?

Well, don't really want to be cracking my mind thinking about it as on the bright side, I got myself another job opportunity.
