It's sad for me to see it.

In a way, awkward and somehow don't want to be in that room.

Screwing up at work is something that we should avoid. But then when it happened to one of our team member, the best thing to do is to help solve the problem rather than the long lecture.

What's important is that, admit we are wrong then move on. Improve, and make sure that it won't happen again.

We are only human after all, and people like us make mistakes. Not once, but sometimes more as it's the only way that we can learn effectively.

It's not that it's on purpose, we are tired with all the workload pouring in - focus is just not there, divided.

Somehow, there's a positive way for us to work things out.

Me sitting there, feeling pity.

Hope it will be better in few days time.

Hold on tight, and you will overcome it.

Yeah you're quite right. Time heals everything. It will work better when we have the enthusiasm to improve it.
